Step by step
- Open Rooms — go to VanshLink Rooms and type the name people will see you as.
- Name the room — every room needs a name, like “Goa trip 🏖️” or “Match night”. It's encrypted, so only people in the room can read it.
- Choose how long — Live (until everyone leaves) or 1 hour work without an account; 1 day and 7 days need a free account.
- Optional: Advanced settings — make it 1-on-1, start it later, add a password, or pick your own code (6+ letters and numbers).
- Tap Start a room — you get a unique code, a link, a QR code and a poster for your Instagram story. Share any of them.

Tips for a great room
Keep it private
Add a password for anything personal. Share the code and the password separately.
Invite with your story
Post the ready-made poster to your Instagram story — friends scan the QR and join.
Decide faster
Start a poll (“Kaun-kaun aa raha hai?”) and pin the final plan to the top.
Stay in control
As host you can mute or remove someone, lock the room, or end it early.
Plan ahead
Schedule a room to start later; members with notifications on get a reminder.
Nothing left behind
When it ends, messages, photos and the member list are deleted for good.
